Vintage dresser, recently refinished from top to bottom. All drawers function flawlessly, all surfaces have a high durability lacquer finish. With minimal care, this piece can be kept for an additional 60+ years. There has been found evidence of this piece being designed by Kai Kristiansen for HJN. Of note, HJN Møbler became Tørring Mobelfabrik in 1977, making this piece made pre-1977. Whether it be by Nils Jonsson as previously thought for many years, or by Kai Kristiansen, this piece is Awesome! We have the matching nightstand as well, available in another listing. Note the professionally executed veneer patch to the scratch on the top right of the second drawer.
Measures 47.5” wide, 18” deep and 48” tall.
