Vintage Elsie Stone Holiday Native American Navajo Handmade Basket
A beautiful, early example of Elsie Stone Holiday's basket weaving. Elsie is largely renowned among collectors and museum professionals as one of the best Navajo Basket makers still living and working in the Americas. This basket was made in the 1990’s, as evidenced by a polaroid image attached to the back, of her standing with the basket in that timeframe and a conversation we had with the gallery that represents her in Utah.
This small wall hanging basket measures 12.5" in diameter and stands 2" proud from the wall.
